The Nollie

FOOT PLACEMENT
put your front foot on the nose with a harsh angle towards the front. your front heel should almost be hanging off almost right beside the trucks.
put your front foot maybe half way between the middle of the board and the trucks. Just dont put your front foot too far up, or youre looking at a board in the nuts.
MOVEMENT
first off, this will be tricky becuase its pretty much doing a switch ollie. You are used to putting pressure on your back foot to ollie, and now you are using your fron foot. think of it as the opposite of an ollie.
2. slap down your front foot like an ollie, and start sliding the back foot up. the front foot is kinda doing a down and out movement.
3. make sure to keep your weight centered so you dont just fall forward.
4. level out the board, especially the front foot, and start to put it down like an ollie.
5. bend your knees to absorb the impact. When you start getting them higher, they always seem like they need more knee bending than ollies.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
1.always make sure that your nose has hit the ground before you start to bring your front foot up.
2. get them down completely on flat, and then start going off curbs with them. The tricky thing with going off stuff is to jump way earlier than you think, or else you wont pop it in time.

Nollie front shuv

1. place your feet in nollie position, maybe with your front foot at a little bit less of an angle. Put your back foot wherever is comfortable
2. bend your knees, and then slam your front really hard out in front of you and suck your back foot up at the same time.
3. suck your other foot up, and make sure not to get your feet in the way of the board.
4. once your board has spun a full 180, stomp your feet down on the board. keep your feet flat, becuase if you catch in with the balls of your feet, it will just bounce away.
5. absorb the impact, roll away. as always.
6. remember to keep your weight centered the whole time.

Backside flip

Ok first you wanna learn backside 180s, and kickflips. hence the name, backside flip
1. put your front foot in a kickflip position. put your back foot kinda between a backside 180 position and a pop shuv position. whatever fits you.
2. pop it like you would a backside 180. as you start to spin, remember to keep your shoulders in line with your board.
3. kick your foot out like a kickflip about where the nose meets the board. bring your knees up to give it that tastey style
4. while your doing all this stuff, you need to keep your weight centered.
5. heres the hard part. when your board completes the flip, catch it with your back foot and use the impact to complete the rotation.
6. stomp them bolts down.
7. roll away gangster while the camera guy palms his fisheye
